FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure about something? Apply anyway and ask Steven directly — every application gets a personal reply.

01Is CSP a month-to-month subscription?

Yes, CSP operates on an ongoing monthly subscription.

02Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

03Do I need to compete in a combat sport to benefit from CSP?

Not at all. While CSP is designed for combat athletes, most of our clients are hobbyists looking to improve their strength, power, and resilience.

04Is the training customised for me?

No, CSP follows a structured training system designed for combat sports performance. The program is progressive and built around key principles of strength, power, and conditioning that benefit both fighters and hobbyists.

05What equipment do I need?

A standard gym setup with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and basic conditioning equipment (sled, med balls, etc.) is ideal. While substitutions can be made, having access to proper training tools will help you get the most out of the program.

06Will this program help with injury rehab?

CSP focuses on performance and general physical preparedness. If you're dealing with an injury, 1-on-1 online coaching with Steve would be a better option for rehab support.

07How do I get started?

Simply sign up, and you'll gain access to the current training phase. The program follows a structured progression to ensure steady development over time.
